• Your quiz answers, including the safety questions (age range, pregnancy, medications, health conditions). We use them only to build your result.
• Your cookie choice, stored in a cookie on your device.
• The video or campaign link you arrived from, so we know which videos help people.
• Your email address, only if you ask us to send your plan. With it we store your result as ids and scores (track, archetype, Sleep / Fuel / System scores, recommended products, free habit), the video or campaign link you came from, and when you agreed and confirmed. Never your quiz answers.
• Anonymous counts, for every visitor: which page was opened, which quiz question was shown (never your answer), which result type was shown and which product link was clicked, plus a rough device type (e.g. "mobile" or "TikTok app"). No cookies, no ID, no IP address: one visit can't be linked to another or to you.
• Analytics with cookies, only if you accept: the same events, linked by a random ID stored on your device, so we can see how people move through the test.

• Showing your result: to provide the service you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Health-related answers are processed only with your explicit consent, given by answering them (Art. 9(2)(a)); you can skip the test at any time.
• Emails: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), confirmed by double opt-in. Unsubscribe at any time.
• Anonymous counts: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages and questions work (Art. 6(1)(f)). They hold no personal data and use no cookies.
• Analytics with cookies: your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)). Nothing loads until you accept, and you can withdraw at any time.
• Keeping the site secure and working: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We use service providers to run the site: [HOSTING PROVIDER], Supabase (database, EU region), Resend (email delivery, USA), and PostHog (analytics, EU region). Some may process data outside the EU/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your data.

When you click a product link, you leave our site. The retailer's own privacy policy applies there.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [EMAIL]. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Finland that is the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

Under-18s get a habits-only result with no supplement recommendations. We do not knowingly send marketing email to anyone under 18.
